Das bedeutet, dass die durchschnittliche Miete massiv steigen wird und Wohnungen, die noch im Segment &#8222;bezahlbarer Wohnrnaum&#8220; liegen, deutlich teurer werden.<\/p>\n<p>Am kommenden Donnerstag soll dies im Bauausschuss genehmigt werden.
